We collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and any other information you include when you submit the contact form.
How we use it and our lawful basis
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, take steps at your request before entering into a contract where relevant, provide requested services, and manage our relationship with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to and managing business enquiries, or taking steps before a contract where applicable. We do not sell your personal data.
How we store and share it
Contact-form submissions are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider acting as a processor on our behalf. Enquiry data is processed and stored in the UK only. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and limit access to people who need it to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We retain contact enquiries for 12 months, after which they are deleted unless we need to keep them longer to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or because the enquiry results in an ongoing client relationship.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies.

This site links to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their privacy notices before providing them with personal information.
Your rights
You may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email neil@curiousfrog.media. Providing your contact-form information is optional, but we cannot respond to an enquiry without the relevant contact details.
